What is the optical clarity of the Clear UV Film?

Clear UV window film has a 90% light transmission (our highest) but blocks 99.5% of the damaging UV light.

Optical clarity usually means "undistorted." But it is sometimes used as a synonym for visible light transmission: the more light is transmitted, the higher the "clarity."

How long does this fade control window film last?

For the best fade control, above 99%, we would recommended changing the film every 3-5 years, or having the UV transmission checked with a UV metering device, generally available from professional window film installation companies.
