Triangular windows

by Jim
(Seattle)

Question
I have two triangular windows that are flat on the bottom, about 7' wide, vertical on one side, about 3.5' tall, and angled to join those two sides.

I need black-out blinds that are white on the inside. The windows are about ten feet high at their base, so I might have to motorize these to get them to open and close.

Please let me know if this is something you'd be interested in building, and if so, what a ball park price would be. I can give you exact dimensions if it looks like something we can do.
Thanks, Jim

Answer

Hi Jim

We have a special system for cellular shades for triangle windows that can be opened and closed. If you want them in blackout we can use the Hunter Douglas Architella blackout fabric which comes in many colors and is available in many colors including white.

You can find more details about these shades on our trapezoid window treatment page. The system for the triangle windows works the same as the trapezoid windows.
