Question: I have two very large triangle windows and I am looking for triangle window treatments. Can I use the sunburst window treatment kit for these windows?

Answer: You can definitely use our sunburst window treatment kit for triangle windows. Just put the flexible rod on the angled on the part of the window, and the rosette goes on the right angle.

Okay, I like your idea of your Sunburst Kit for trapezoid windows --- can you show me a photo or sketch of how it would look???
My trapezoids are parallel sides with higher side on right.
Thanks!

Curtains for Triangle Windows

by Geraldine Law

Question

I would like curtains up on a triangle window... Is there such thing as a curtain track that enables you to pull up to the top of the triangle.

Answer

Hi Geraldine

We have cellular window shades that will pull up to the top of the triangle. Although it is called trapezoid window shades it will work on any angle top window like a right triangle.

Or you can try to make curtains by using our sunburst kit. The rod will mount on any shape window including diagonal and it will not sag but hang well on the top of the triangle.

Here is some basic instructions on how to hang the curtain onto a triangular window using our sunburst kit.

You pull the curtain onto the clear rod and you hang the clear clips on the angled part of the window. You then snap the curtain and rod into the clips and the curtain will stay in place hanging downwards.

If you are using a regular curtain you will find that the bottom part is slanted (like the top). You can now cut and hem the curtain to be even to your window sill.
