grommets in panels

I am sewing taupe coloured drapery panels and already have a black curtain rod, what colour should the grommets be on the curtains?

Hi Penny

It really depends on how you like it better. If you want the grommets to show use black ones. But if you don't want it to attract attention try to find taupe colored ones.
